HOW IT WORKS

StarDevice uses the electromagnetic mechanism to generate shock waves. Under the influence of the electromagnetic field, the core of the manipulator hits the applicator (tip), causing a mechanical shock wave which is scattered in the soft tissues. The shock wave creates a revascularization effect, i.e stimulates the blood flow in the affected area and contribute to the vascular restoration, improves the healing of soft tissues. The shock wave also affects the tone of the muscles, reducing their contractile activity.

Human Body Visualization

StarDevice has a convenient and user-friendly interface. While designing, a lot of attention was focused on easy access to the key and often used features. The most convenient principle of working with the device has been implemented: “any action can be performed in 2 touches”.

Step 2 Visualization

Before the therapy session, a patient needs to be properly examined and diagnosed by a medical professional. The patient needs to be correctly positioned for procedure to be safe and effective.

Step 3 Visualization

We complete the manipulator with several tips, which are used for the treatment of different body areas and different conditions. The protocols of treatment and required tips for each are described in the User’s Manual.

Step 4 Visualization

After the device and a patient are prepared for the session of treatment, the device can be turned on. The required protocol of treatment is to be chosen. More details can be found in “User’s manual” of StarDevice

User's manual

Instruction Manual contains information about intended use, the principle of operation and capabilities of the device. Technical and maintenance characteristics are indicated as follows: basic parameters and dimensions, completeness and design of the device, the order of maintenance, transportation, storage and disposal, service life and terms of the warranty. The treatment session is described in detail: preparation of a patient, right position of a Doctor, setting up and using preset treatment protocols.

Competitiveness

Non-Invasive

28 pre-set treatment protocols

The uniqueness of the device comes from 28 built-in set-ups (protocols) with different settings. These pre-determined set-ups (protocols) provide better treatment depending on the circumstances and allow fast and easy set-up of the device. The protocols are classified based on the following categories: head, body, spine, arms and legs. 20 years of experience in shock-wave therapy allowed us to determine the best settings for each protocol for the best possible result.

Multi-purpose complete set

StarDevice is completed with 9 tips: 4 tips for classic shock-wave therapy, including 1 for trigger-point therapy and 5 for the spine (for spastic protocol, acupuncture points, standard head and two paediatric). It usually takes 2-3 seconds to change a tip in a manipulator.

Bespoke settings and set-ups

The settings of protocols and pre-identified, but a medical professional may change them depending on their preferences. The following functions of the device can be adjusted: force of impact, rate of shocks, number of chocks in the targeted area.
